Realization of multiband communications using different Rydberg final states

Rydberg atoms can serve as an atomic radio frequency receiver for digital and analog information transmission. In this paper, a ladder-type electromagnetically induced transparency system is prepared in room temperature cesium vapor cell. Microwave electric fields the Ku band at of 12.52 GHz Ka 39.80 are used two-channel communication carriers to demonstrate concurrent Analog communications demonstrated by performing audio pseudo-random binary sequence signal transmission, respectively. The dynamic range proposed ∼50 dB, bandwidth more than 10 MHz. obtained results fundamental principles two- or multi-band systems based on different final states.
